• How can I view my order status?

    You can view your order through an order number. Upon placing your order, you will be given a username and password that you can use to check your order via the order number. You can find this number when you open your account and check your order details.

    If you can't find the order number, you can e-mail us anytime. Just provide us with the date of your order and your full name (the name in the billing section, not the one in the ship to section) so that we can retrieve the number.

    Will I receive notification when my order ships?

    Yes. Upon shipping out of your package, we will send the tracking number to your email so that you can track your order.

  • Can I change or cancel an order?

    Right after the placement and confirmation of your order, it is automatically processed and forwarded to the warehouse electronically. Therefore, cancelling an order will not give the guarantee that the order will be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, kindly do so (1) within 24 hours if the order is not shipped yet and (2) before your receipt of the Invoice-Payment voucher that will be sent to your email. You can call us at Remember: orders placed from Friday 5PM EST-Monday 9AM EST cannot be cancelled because they are already being processed over the weekend for shipping.

  • Do you ship outside the United States?

    Yes, your country's import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the price or shipping charges, which should be borne by the buyer. Please contact the shipping carrier and your local customs office for the fees and taxes charged by your country.

  • Which carriers do you use for shipping?

    All domestic orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS or FedEx from our US warehouse and usually arrive at your delivery address in about 2-5 business days.

  • Is there a faster way to get my parts?

    You have the option to have your ordered part shipped through overnight or 2-day shipping, with additional charges. This option is available for most small and medium-sized packages, excluding orders for performance parts.

    When availing of any of these options, your order must be received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 AM Pacific Time) Mondays to Fridays. There is no overnight or 2-day delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In case you place your order on the said days, the shipping cycle will start on the next available business day.

    Airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will not be refunded.

  • How do I get shipping information?

    As soon as your ordered part is shipped out, we will send you an email containing the tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.
